When you have become a V.I.P. client. You can expect our highly trained and drug-free technicians to become completely familiar with you, and your heating and cooling equipment.

As an added benefit Your membership is transferable either to the buyer of your current home or to your new home in our service area. If you are not 100% satisfied with our service or repair you do not pay.

Types of Memberships Available

• V.I.P. Supreme: This plan offers the highest level of security and comfort for you and your family. As A V.I.P. Supreme® Member you are guaranteed same-day appointments, FREE service on system rejuvenation and FREE repair on all in-warranty compressors, heat exchangers and coils. You also get FREE diagnostic service and 100 percent of your unused credit balance may be applied to a new heating or cooling system. The unused portion of your membership will be converted into Worry-Free Dollars that may be applied toward the purchase of a new energy-efficient system. Over time this benefit could save you thousands of dollars.
• V.I.P. Premium: As A V.I.P. Premium® Member you are guaranteed appointments within 24 hours, FREE major service, FREE repairs and FREE diagnostic service.
• V.I.P. Deluxe: As A V.I.P. Deluxe® Member you are guaranteed appointments within 36 hours, a FREE precision tune-up, a 20 percent discount on repairs and a FREE diagnostic service.
• V.I.P. Care: As A V.I.P. Care® Member you will receive a discounted diagnostic fee and a minimum of 5% discounts on service and repair. A Worry-Free annual tune-up is also included.
• V.I.P. Power Saver: As A V.I.P. Power Saver® Member your electrical system is monitored on a regular basis, you received a 10% discount on all electrical services and repairs, any evaluation fees are waived and you get emergency priority service ... if you have a problem, a Mr. Central® technician will be at your door within hours.
• Extended Care: This level of membership is for systems with five- or 10-year parts and labor warranties. Proper maintenance is crucial to maintain a valid warranty. Annual Worry-Free tune-up is included.
