Your VIP Maintenance Plan Guarantees appointments, provides CairFree services and discounts on repairs...and allows you to apply a portion of your accumulated monthly unused dues toward the purchase of special services or even a complete replacement system. Our Worry-Free Guarantee™, pledges at all times, your equipment will be "Repaired Right or Fixed Free!"™

Regular service of your equipment can save you thousands of dollars over the long haul in energy costs. In fact, as much as $400-600 per year! Regular service also extends the life of your system. Your membership will virtually pay for itself year after year.

When you have become a VIP client, you can expect our highly trained and drug-free technicians to become completely familiar with you and your heating and cooling equipment.

As an added benefit, your membership is transferable either to the buyer of your current home or to your new home in our service area. If you are not 100% satisfied with our service or repair, you do not pay.

The Deluxe level of security and comfort. Deluxe membership guarantees service within 24 hours and at least 20% discount on repairs with FREE unlimited diagnostics. V.I.P. Deluxe: Service within 24 hours, annual complete cleaning, worry free tuneup, discount on repairs.
The VIP Cair level of security and comfort preventive maintenance program. Guarantees service within 24 hours and at least a 5% discount on any repairs with a low $29.95 diagnostic charge. V.I.P. Cair: Preventive maintenance plan. Annual complete cleaning, Special safety checks, Free diagnostics
