Thank you so much for the outstanding job your company did for me. I originally had another company install a new central heat and air unit and new duct work. Unit broke down several times and my electric bills were astronomical. Finally, fed up with no satisfaction, I called Mr. Central. The tech quickly determined my unit was bad and the duct work was not properly sealed. They coordinated with the manufacturer to have the unit replaced. With the unit replaced and the ducts properly sealed my electric bills dropped from $698.00 to $180.00 or less. THANK YOU MR. CENTRAL.

It was after 5 p.m. My thermostat read 87 degrees, it was over 100 today. Frantic I called to see if I could leave a message for a Monday appointment. The owner picked up the phone. I told him my problem. Because I had V.I.P. Service he said he would send someone out then. In less than 10 minutes the man was checking out my air conditioner. It ended up being a breaker switch that was only a couple of months old. The owner came to my house, the technician replaced the two breakers which were too small for my circuit (besides not working it was a fire hazard). My air is running great and my house is safe from an unsafe situation. I can't thank Robert Giancroce and his technician enough for the personal help and care they showed. Thank you very much.

A second year English teacher, Kayla has already completed her Masters in Curriculum Design and is working toward getting certified to teach Gifted and Talented students. In her first year at Ridge Spring-Monetta High School, she founded a nationally recognized English Honor Society and began a literary magazine. Assigned to teach English II, she inspired and challenged her tenth graders to excel on the English Language Arts portion of the HSAP. They responded with an exceptionally high passing rate for our small, rural high school. In her second year at RSMHS, she organized a year end trip to England for her students. This June, she and seven tenth and eleventh graders will fly off to spend a week in England. She also launched our school Soccer team this year, which currently has a 7-1 record and is tied for first in the region. This e-mail is prompted by the super service you and your organization provided to help us deal with an emergency situation when our central A/C system finally broke down on July 29. Your personal attention that afternoon helped us to realize that replacement of both furnace and A/C would be in our best interest. Your onsideration in making it economically affordable, and your diligence in securing the needed components so that an emergency installation could be completed on Saturday before our son and his wife came through for an overnight visit were particularly appreciated so that we could deal with 100-plus temps outside. We had a good and comfortable family visit with our Robert and his wife Pam. The new system maintains the house within one or two degrees of our set-point of 77F without need of the supplemental use of the one ton wall unit in the great room and in spite of the local heat wave this past week. Our basement remains dry and the dehumidifier has been unused. I have filled out and mailed in the warranty cards left with us. We would like to recognize the professionalism and courtesy of your technicians. Your technician came to our house on Dec. 8, 2011, between 5 and 6 PM for an emergency repair to our heating system. He was great about explaining what was needed to repair our system and potential causes for the damage to the system. We were very grateful for his time and expertise in finding and correcting the problem. He also explained other problems with our system, that would not be covered by our home warranty company. We really appreciated his candor about what was needed and what else would need to be done in the future. The timeliness with getting the system back on line was also appreciated. His patience with our questions and what was needed to meet the needs of our home warranty company was excellent and we are grateful that he was the one sent to help us get the system working and restoring heat to our home. Robert Giancroce came out and looked at what my old air and heating system consisted of and made the recommendations to me as to what he felt I needed. I was impressed that he and his installation crew used shoe covers before entering my home. On June 24, 2011, the crew replaced my old air and heat system with a new Amana Heat Pump. The installation techs were very professional and ensured my home was kept clean as they worked. They started early in the morning as planned and worked straight through until my new system was up and running. Robert called a few days later to ensure I was please with everything and a manager returned on July 1, 2011, to check and make sure the system was working properly. This is my first experience with Mr. Central and so far I am impressed as they have done as promised and advertised.

I just wanted to write you to let you know about my appreciation for your service at our house today. I called this morning and left a message about it being 86 degrees in the house because our unit had frozen up. Your staff followed up with a response call to let us know someone would be here around 3 o'clock. I was very pleased to see he had arrived early when I got home a little before 1:30. He quickly found a small leak that caused our unit to drop in pressure, thus causing the freeze up. He was very thorough in his troubleshooting and explained everything to me as he went along. I came home today in the middle of the day to a pleasant surprise ... it was a cool 75 degrees in my living area. I have been in my home 15 years now and have never been able to get this place cool. I even replaced my units a few years ago, and though there was some improvement, on days like these (95-101 degrees) it would always be in the mid-80s when I got home. Other HVAC companies gave me the song and dance about my high ceilings and efficiency ... but your guys didn't buy it. Last fall, on one of those terribly hot days, your tech came and found a panel or door open in the crawl space under my house ... with ice cold air pouring into the void for the spiders and mice. He closed it up, sealed it good and suddenly my problems were gone. And I assure you I have never appreciated it more than I did today when I got out of my car and it was 102 degrees outside. Thank you. You guys are the best.

I'd like to publicly thank Mr. Central for the renewed comfort of my home. The week before Christmas, I arrived home to the strong smell of smoke. The motor in my heater had gone "ka-put." I recalled Robert Giancroce was not only a strong education supporter but also the owner of a local heating and air conditioning company. I immediately looked up his website and sent an email. Well, it didn't take me long to receive a reply directly from Mr. Giancroce. He not only showed up early the next morning, but he had a technician at my house to provide a temporary "band-aid" until I could get a new unit installed the following week. My entire heating and air system was from the early 1970s. I had received quotes from other businesses in the past when my air conditioning unit went out years ago, but I can honestly say Mr. Central's fee for a complete air conditioning and heating high efficiency unit was far below the other businesses I contacted for just an air conditioning unit. Still skeptical on this new high efficiency unit, I waited until I had one full month of service and received a utility bill. Well, after opening my bill yesterday it was more than $75 less than it had been the past couple of months and even more than a year ago at this same time. Mr. Central technicians went above and beyond their duties to make sure I had what I needed when I needed it. They even corralled my runaway dog the day they installed my unit. Thank you Mr. Central staff and technicians for the affordable and efficient addition to my home.

On Friday, Aug. 5, 2011, while doing some home improvements we had to make yet another trip to Lowes. When we got home at 3 p.m. we noticed our home temperature was going up and getter hotter. Tom checked the circuit breaker and then the system and he couldn't find anything except it didn't seem to be cooling. We called Mr. Central and voiced our concerns and were told that the serviceman was on a call and we would next in line. Before he got here our unit began to work again. We called the office and was advised that it would be best to have the service person check out the system anyway. Your technician arrived about 5:30 p.m. ... what an efficient and pleasant young man! He checked the system and could not determine the reason for the interruption of cooling. We were most concerned with the fact that it was late Friday afternoon and what if we had another malfunction. He reassured us that all we had to do was call and someone would come. Just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with your technician and the entire Mr. Central family. This is customer service at it's best! We are enjoying our solar system and it is nice to have the lower power bills when all our neighbors are complaining about their $300-plus bills. Sincerely with thanks,
